This subcontract through Urban Strategies was to assess the impact of the premiere training to combat human trafficking by Administration for Children and Families (ACF): SOAR to Health and Wellness Training. The SOAR training was delivered to medical health professionals in six cities across the US on key outcomes related to knowledge of human trafficking and related risk factors, identification of victims, increased capacity to deliver culturally appropriate and trauma-informed techniques, and knowledge of local, state and national service referral options for trafficking victims.
