PIRE staff are leading continuous quality improvement efforts and working with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to support the development of Ohio’s next strategic plan for problem gambling prevention and treatment services. Key activities include working with local providers to build an evidence-base for Ohio-developed promising prevention and treatment interventions. Support for strategic planning includes development and fieldwork of a survey of problem gambling stakeholders, listening sessions with problem gambling stakeholders, and co-chairing the state-level workgroup designing the 2022 Ohio Problem Gambling Survey.
