The purpose of this contract is to support the Barbara Bush Foundation’s (BBF) development of the National Action Plan for Adult Literacy (NAP). PIRE staff are supporting BBF’s expert work groups as they develop the content of the NAP and BBF staff as they prepare the draft NAP.
