PIRE-Louisville received two awards from the Kentucky Coalition Against Domestic Violence (KCADV) to investigate how Kentucky domestic violence service providers used funds from the American Rescue Plan COVID-19 Testing, Vaccines, and Mobile Health Units Access grants (grant numbers: # 2201KYSTC6 and #2201KYFTC6). One research plan focuses on changes in services provided due to COVID-19 and the other will focus on alternatives to congregate shelter for those experiencing violent crisis. The KCADV research teams include April Schweinhart, Camila Aramburu, Kyra Fritz, and Casey Shepherd (and previous Quincy Langford).
