Enhancing Community Connections (ECC) Project

The Enhancing Community Connections (ECC) Project, which is being implemented by the Council on Prevention and Education: Substances (COPES) is designed to assist grantees in delivering quality and accessible substance abuse and HIV prevention services. The project serves youth 13-17 and young adults 18-24. Among youth, the primary direct service is implementation of Creating Lasting Family Connections, an evidence-based prevention and family strengthening curriculum.
