Nathan Bartrum resides in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He has recently completed work on the University of Kentucky’s HEALing Communities Study, a 4-year project with the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Prior to working in the research field, Nathan worked providing resources to individuals with substance use disorders and people experiencing homelessness. Nathan is serving as a Senior Field Research Assistant on AppalTRuST.
