Elika is a Program Manager at the PIRE Louisville Center. She earned a BS in Social Work from The Ohio State University (2007) and her MSE in School Counseling from the University of Dayton (2011). Elika has over 15 years of experience working in social services.
At PIRE she provides international and domestic project management and administrative support. In addition to her knowledge base in the behavioral sciences, Elika has extensive experience working in academic settings, with youth, and in nonprofit program development.
