Ms. Shepherd has twenty years’ experience in clinical and social research. She earned a MPH in Hospital and Molecular Epidemiology from University of Michigan School of Public Health and a BS in Microbiology from Indiana University.
Her duties at PIRE have included developing evaluation instruments and data collection procedures, project management, literature reviews, developing reports and guidance documents for lay and professional audiences, and providing training and technical assistance to communities implementing prevention programming.
